Dr. Brandon J. Kim, PhD, DPM
President | Practice Management Consultant
Dr. Kim brings a wealth of experience and vision to Physicians Practice Solutions. He employs that experience and discipline into helping clients build profitable practices whether big or small. He has a successful track record of establishing disciplined practices and currently runs a model practice at Camelback Family Health Care, which implements financial discipline, tight fiscal controls, efficient work flow, and adept utilization of high technology to implement an efficient and profitable practice. Dr. Kim has developed a proven business model which he implements for his clients that stresses financial integrity and controls, maintenance of well trained staff, cost control models, leveraging technology to gain productivity and efficiency, and marketing. In an increasingly uncertain and challenging business of health care, a sustainable advantage and visibility is necessary for a practice to thrive. Garnering 14 years of experience as a private equities researcher and trader, Dr. Kim has developed an understanding of successful corporate and business models. Dr. Kim has written articles in local news papers, blog-spheres, and has made numerous radio interviews regarding the current credit and economic crisis. He believes that a successful business cannot be made without understanding the direction of the economy. He uses that expertise to steer physician practices and organizations into profitability and efficiency.
Jeremy Buckner
Senior Network Engineer
Jeremy began his IT career in 1995 working for a local cable operator in the Phoenix metropolitan area. As their network engineer, he developed a set of unique skills that lie in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) field and deal mostly with design and implementation of small to large scale networks. Jeremy has also held certifications for both Microsoft and Cisco Systems. For over 14 years he has worked both fulltime for large ISPs as well as an independent contractor for several other technology companies gaining extensive knowledge relating to systems integration and deployment. This skill set has allowed Jeremy to become proficient at design and deployment of EMR/EHR systems having now worked with several EMR vendors for some time.
Dustin Kerns
Marketing & Design Consultant
A decade ago, while employed as a Help Desk Specialist for an ISP, Dustin began learning graphic and website design when he noticed his employer had need of a more functional, user friendly website. This initiative landed him the role of web developer and he has been developing websites since. As a student at Arizona State University one of Dustin's areas of studies was Secondary Education where he excelled at the design, development and evaluation of instructional systems to support learning. He applies many of the same concepts to his website development with a focus on intuitive, fluid design and providing a positive user experience. His current expertise include corporate branding, website design, Search Engine Optimization, and leveraging existing web technologies in marketing initiatives. Dustin is an alumnus of Arizona State University where he earned a B.A. in French Studies, B.A. in Religious Studies, and a B.A.E in Secondary Education. He currently holds an Arizona State Teaching Certificate in Technology Education. |
